摘    要:开发了一种采用超声波声速测定原理来测定牛奶中主要营养成分的便携式电子测定装置.简要阐述了超声波的主要物理性能和声速测定原理,详细介绍了本检测装置的测试原理、硬件组成、主要电路和软件设计.

Abstract:A portable electronics to measure the main nutrition elements in milk in terms of ultrasonic transmission velocity measurement principle is worked out. The chief physical features of ultrasonic and transmission velocity measurement principle are illustrated briefly. And the measurement principle of this electronic, the hardware components, the circuits of the main parts and the software design are introduced in detail.
