| 摘 要： | 由于化纤原料本身的特性,在纺纱加工过程中易产生静电和缠绕,使得棉结增加,直接影响成纱质量.探讨了在化纤清梳联流程中,清棉设备的配置不同,将直接影响生条棉结的高低.提出化纤清梳联清棉设备配置可采用一抓一混一梳方式,少用凝棉器.

| Abstract: | Electrostatic & wind is generating in spinning process and neps is increasing by property of chemical material, it also influences yarn quality. High or low card sliver neps is influenced by different picking equipment configuration in chemical fiber blowinging carding process. The method of picking equipment in chemical fiber blowing carding unit is proposed,which is one bale plucker,one mixer,one card wire roller opening machine,and has few condenser. |
