| 摘 要： | 介绍了大庆华科公司采用降解法-利用固体过氧化物，生产纤维级聚丙烯专用树脂HK-PP-TF产品的生产过程。指出通过控制过氧化物加入量，可以控制产品熔体流动速率，保证生产的稳定。该产品的熔体流动速率为32g/10min、灰份小于0.03％、拉伸屈服强度大于30MPa、黄色指数测试值小于0．5。

| Abstract: | A kind of fiber-grade polypropylene(PP) speciality resin,HKPP-TF,was prepared in the presence of the solid peroxide.Through controlling the use level of the solid peroxide,steody production was realized.The results showed that the melt flow index of the resin is 32 g/10 min,the Ash powder is below than 0.03 %,and its tensile strength is high than 30 MPa,The yellow Degree is below than 0.5. |
