摘    要:包钢炼铁厂1999年降低入炉焦比攻关成果显著,焦比由98年的484.6kg/t,降至99年的450.3kg/t。烧结矿理化性能的改善,是入炉焦比降低的根本原因,加强基础管理,提高高炉技术操作水平是降低焦比的根本保证,提高富氧率、提高热风湿度、提高煤比是降低焦比的直接原因。进一步改善原料质量、提高煤比是今后降低焦比的主攻方向。

Abstract:Coke rate reduced from 484 .6 kg/t in 1998 to 450. 3 kg/t in 1999. Improvement of sinter ore physical and chemical properties is the basic condition. Basic management strength and BF process improvement are the guarantee, and improvements on oxygen rich rate, hot blast temperature and coal coal are the direct condition. Further improvements on material quality and coal the are the focal point.
