内燃机连杆CAD系统的设计与开发

摘    要:本文介绍了以数据库为基础的连杆组CAD系统(CRCS)的主要功能、设计特点和采用参数与交互相结合型式的优点;并导出了连杆主要结构尺寸的公式。此外,还说明了对连杆进行有限元分析、疲劳强度考核及可靠性预测的方法;分析了集成化、规范化、实用化的必要性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the major capabilities, the designing features as well as the advantages of way of combining the parametric with the interactive for the Connecting Rod CAD System (CRCS) which is based on database. The empirical formulae of main structure of the con-rod are derived; the finite element method, fatique strength check-up and reliability forecasting are presented; and the necessity of integration, standardization and practicality in system are analysed as well.
