LLDPE浆液催化剂制备研究

摘    要:以MgCl2为载体,TiCl4作主要活性组分,制备了性能优良的LLDPE浆液催化剂。从原料的水分含量、MgCl2的粒度以及TiCl4等加入量对催化剂性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,该催化剂具有活性高、初始反应速率快、树脂颗粒均匀、成膜性能好、灰分低等优点。

Abstract:In order to prepare choiceness performance and slurry catalyst ,we regard MgCl2 as base and TiCl4 as the mostly active component. We have investigated the following reasons that influence catalyst' s performance: the content of water in material, the granularity of MgCl2 and the inpouring amount of TiCl4. The result indicates that the catalyst is highly active with high velocity in initial reaction and having a good performance of becoming film and low content of ash.
