高褐铁矿配比条件下混合矿的基础特性
摘    要:研究了高褐铁矿配比条件下混合矿基础特性与化学成分之间的关系以及混合矿的最佳基础特性指标。利用微型烧结试验检测了2种模式的混合矿的基础性能,结果表明:在配矿结构相同的情况下,混合矿的同化温度随着Al2O3质量分数wAl2O3的升高而降低,液相流动性指数随着wSiO2的升高而升高,粘结相强度随着wSiO2的升高而降低。配矿结构不同时,混合矿的基础特性与化学成分无明显关系。另外,通过灰色关联度法、矿相结构分析以及烧结杯试验确定高褐铁矿配比条件下混合矿最佳烧结基础特性指标的区间分别为:同化温度1 302~1 322℃,液相流动性指数3.65~3.85,粘结相强度970~990N。

Abstract:The best basic characteristics and the relationship between basic characteristics and chemical composition of mixed ores with high proportion of limonite were investigated. The basic performance of mixed ore in two kinds of mode was obtained by micro sintering test. The results show that under the same structure of ore proportion, the assimilation temperature of mixed ores decreases with the increasing of wAl2O3. The liquid phase fluidity index of mixed ores rises with the increasing of wSiO2.Instead, the binding phase strength of mixed ores decreases with the increasing of wSiO2. The basic characteristics have little relationship with chemical composition of mixed ores when the structure of ore proportion is different. Moreover, the best basic characteristics of mixed ores with high proportion of limonite are ascertained by the grey relational analysis, the analysis of ore phase structure of sinter and experiments of sinter pot. The results show that the intervals of best basic characteristics: the assimilation temperature of mixed ores is 1 302-1 322 ??, the liquid phase fluidity index is 3.65-3.85 and the binding phase strength is 970??990 N.
