径向电场法检测220kV合成绝缘子高压端短路缺陷的研究

摘    要:合成绝缘子高压端是绝缘子电场强度最大的位置,也是最容易形成碳化导电通道的位置。为了发现高压端的短路缺陷,作者对220 kV合成绝缘子高压端正常情况下,金属性短路和半导体短路情况下的径向电场强度进行了测量。试验结果表明,导电通道明显降低了高压端径向电场强度,可以采用测量径向电场的方法检测220kV合成绝缘子高压端的碳化导电通道缺陷。

Abstract:The composite insulator HV end is where the maximum electric field strength appears,and the carbonizing conductive defect is easily formed.In order to find out the conductive defect at the HV end,the horizontal electric field strength of 220 kV composite insulator's HV end is measured under healthy,conductive and semi-conductive condition.The testing result indicates that the conductive defect has obviously reduced the horizontal electric field strength.The horizontal electric field method is a useful way t...
