| 摘 要： | 为了使复杂的产品结构得以简化,实现设计的创新,根据现代机械产品的特点,并借鉴广义机构的概念,提出了一种新的创新设计方法-MST(mechanism simplifying tactics)即机构简化策略;该方法倡导不同领域知识的交叉应用,特别适用于功能原理以及运动方案的创新设计;阐述了该方法的设计思想,并论述了它所包含的五个方面的具体内容,即能量场变换法、结构型式约束法、构件变形法、借力法和驱动单元变换法;引用实例验证了该方法在创新设计中的有效性.

| Abstract: | To simplify the complicated products structure,and achieve the innovative design,a new design method-MST method(The acronym of'mechanism simplifying tactics') is put forward based on the characters of the modern mechanical products and the concept of General Mechanism.The method advocates the cross application of the knowledge in different field and especially suits for the functional and principle innovation design.Its thinking and contents are introduced in detail in this paper,which includes Transformation of energy,Constrain of structure,Deformation of component,Resorting to external force and Transformation of driving unit.Finally a case is presented to prove the effectiveness of this method in the innovative design. |
