| 摘 要： | 四川省严重缺电的局面已连续十余年之久,如何解决是大家至为关心的问题。本文通过对四川省中型水电站建设的历史回顾和中型水电资源情况的分析,提出了在本世纪内必须抢建一批中型水电站,以满足国民经济发展的需要。同时提出了电源安排的具体意见以及为保证这一计划实现的建议.

| Abstract: | Lack of electricity in Sichuan has continued for over tsn years,there-fore,it is very important to solve this problem.By reviewing the construction of medium -sized hydropower stations historically and analysing the resources of medium-sized hydropower stations in Sichuan province,the necessity of urgent construction of medium-sized stations withen thes cantury is suggested to meet the development of national economy.Meanwhile, the spccific method of power source arrangement and suggestion for ensuring realisation of the plan are proposed. |
