摘    要:以丁二酸和异丙醇为原料及对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,催化合成丁二酸二异丙酯。探讨了反应时间、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量以及带水剂用量对酯化收率的影响,确定了较适宜的反应条件。在此条件下酯化收率达96.5%。

Abstract:Diisopropyl succinate was synthesized from succinic acid and isopropanol with p-methyl benzenesulfonic acid as catalyst. The effects of reaction time, feeds mole ratio, and the amount of catalyst used in the esterification on the yield were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were determined, and the yield under these conditions reaches 96.5 % .
