短切碳纤维在水泥基体中的分散性研究

摘    要:采用正交试验法对碳纤维(CF)分散系数的离散性进行了研究,探讨了水灰比(W/C)、减水剂HC的掺量、纤维搅拌时间及消泡剂掺量等对CF分散性的影响,并采用图像分析仪及扫描电镜对水泥基复合材料中(CFCC)的微观形貌进行了分析.结果表明:影响CF在水泥浆体中分散性能的主要因素是W/C、HC掺量及纤维搅拌时间,最佳的工艺参数为:W/C为0.25,HC为0.4%,纤维搅拌时间为3 min.

Abstract:We study the discreteness of carbon fiber dispersion coefficient by orthogonal.The following factors such as water-cement ratio(W/C),the content of water reducer MF,mixing time and fiber content on the CF defoamer dispersion were investigated.The CFCC microstructure were determined by Image Analyzer and Scanning Electron Microscopy,the results of the experiment showed that,the main influence factor in the cement paste are W/C,MF and short fiber content stirring time,we got the best technical parameters as follows: W/C reached as high as for 0.25,MF reached 0.4%,fiber mixing time was as long as 3 minutes.
