二次调节系统中液压蓄能器数学模型的研究

摘    要:解决液压蓄能器在二次调节系统建造过程中的选配问题的关键是,建立二次调节环境下的液压蓄能器动态数学模型,继而通过仿真选择相应的蓄能器产品。建立二次调节环境下的蓄能器数学模型也有利于对二次调节系统调速特性和动态特性的深入研究。用1台二次调节扭矩加载实验装置转速系统的实验曲线部分验证理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Secondary regulation technology is a novel hydraulic driving technology possessing a lot of advantages that traditional hydraulic driving fashions don't have. However, some theoretical problems still remain to handle especially in China, which restrict its application in economy constructions. One of the problems is selection and power matching of hydraulic accumulator in period of secondary regulated systems' construction. It is critical to solve this problem that,establish dynamic mathematical model of hydraulic accumulator under secondary regulation situation; then choose accumulator according to system demand through simulation. It is also benefit to study the velocity modifying and dynamic characteristics of secondary regulated system in deep. Some work is done in this aspect in the paper. Finally, the theoretical results are partly verified by experimental curves of a velocity control system in secondary regulated torque loading equipment.
