U形通风工作面采空区上隅角瓦斯治理技术

摘    要:以平顶山煤业有限责任公司一矿戊8-10-21131综采工作面为例,探讨了U形通风工作面采空区上隅角瓦斯治理技术。研究结果表明,治理采空区上隅角瓦斯的有效措施有2种方式,即增加漏风汇和减少采空区漏风;前可采用加尾巷或上隅角瓦斯抽放;后则可采用均压的措施进行,其中采用局部通风要压风法是一项可行措施,但压风量必须达到总风量的1/4左右,才能有显的效果。

Abstract:Taking Wu 8 10 -21131 fully mechanized face of No 1 colliery in Pingdingshan Coal(Group) Co.,Ltd.for example.The methane controlling technique at the upper corner of goaf in U-type ventilation face has been discussed.The research shows that there are two effective measures for controlling methane at the upper corner of goaf,that is,increasing sources of leakage and decreasing the amount of leakage in goaf.The former can be achieved by increasing tailing way and draining methane from upper corner of goaf,the latter can be achieved by the measure of pressure balance.The method of forcing ventilation with auxiliary fan is a feasible measure in pressure balance,the notable result can be obtained only when the air quantity of forcing ventilation reached at 25% of total air quantity.
