臭氧氧化法处理甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液的实验研究

摘    要:通过实验研究臭氧氧化法处理糖蜜酒精废液,探讨了废液的初始pH值、处理气-液比、处理时间和反应温度对CODcr和色度去除率的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:废液的CODcr去除率为24.7%,色度去除率达90.3%,具有优良的脱色性能。

Abstract:The paper studies the treating of the wastewater of sugarcane molasses alcohol by ozone oxidation through experiments and discusses the initial pH value of wastewater,the rate of removal waste gases,the treating time and the iufluence of reaction temperature on the removal rate of COD_(cr) and colour,then the best conditions of techology are obtained.The result of experiments shows that the removal rate of COD_(cr) of wastewater is 24.7%, and the removal rate of colourity is 90.3%,and the ozone oxidation is of very good performances of decolourization.
