变压吸附气体分离技术的新应用

摘    要:主要介绍了变压吸附气体分离技术治理PVC分馏尾气并回收其中有效组分的新工艺。此工艺相较传统处理方法具有回收率高,自动化程度高,尾气排放达标,社会、经济效益明显等优点。在太原化工股份有限公司聚氯乙烯装置上实际运行,氯乙烯、乙炔回收率大于99.9%,尾气排放氯乙烯含量不大于36mg/m^2,乙炔含量小于150mg/m^2,装置运行稳定、可靠。

Abstract:The article describes a new PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) gas separation process for removing and retrieving the valuable components from PVC fractional distillation tail gas. Compared with other method, this technology has higher recovery and auto- control degree; the tail gas discharge to air can meet the need of requirement for environment protection. So the benefit of society and economy is good. The actually operating result is that the recovery of chloroethylene and acetylene being is more than 99. 9%. The content of chloroethylene and acetylene in tail gas is less than 36 mg/m3 and 150 mg/m3 respectively. The plant is steadily and reliably.
