旧城商业街区人性化外部空间的营造

随着我国城市的迅速发展 ,旧城商业街区建设出现了许多问题 ,其中一个比较突出的问题是街区建设忽略了人的生理、心理需求 .主要从城市设计专业角度 ,探讨如何在旧城商业街区中创建一个以人为本的、符合现代人生活的人性化外部空间环境 .运用人文主义的观念与方法 ,融合建筑学、城市规划、城市设计等学科知识 ,对现行的旧城商业街区建设进行反思并指出其缺点 ,提出用环境整治的方法与途径来营造人性化外部空间 ,以解决旧城商业街区的环境问题

The construction of humanized outer space in downtown area in old city

With the rapid development of city construction in China,one significant problem emerging in the process of many downtown area renovation programs is that human's physiological and psychological needs are usually ignored.From a professional point of view,the method of how to establish a humanity based living environment that is coherent with contemporary lifestyle in downtown area in old city is discussed.By using the ideal of humanism and combining with the knowledge of architecture,urban planning,urban design,the deficiency in contemporary downtown area construction is pointed out.Then a environmental renovation method to construct humanized outer space to solve the problems is proposed.
