摘    要:提出了在负荷不确定方法下计及电动汽车对配电网网损计算方法。以网损的微增量作为电动汽车可行接入点的依据,采用蒙特卡洛方法对负荷不确定进行抽样仿真。比较接入和未接入电动汽车以及接入容量的大小对配电网的影响。通过算例的计算分析,得出了在线性递增负荷的接入下,网损输出的变化率为正的结论。为电动汽车负荷可行接入点、电动汽车接入的最优时间的确定提供了依据。

Abstract:This paper presents the algorithm for network losses considering the impacts of EV access and load uncertainty. The feasible EV access points are fixed based on slight network loss increase,and Monte Carlo is adopted to sample and simulate load uncertainty.Comparative analysis about the impacts on the distribution network is made between EV access and non-access,as well as the access capacity.Calculation cases help to conclude that network loss change rate is positive under the linear incremental access,which provides reference to determining feasible EV access points and optimal access time.
