基于TMS320F2812的PMSM调速控制系统设计与分析

摘    要:为提高永磁同步电动机的运行精度,以数字信号处理器为主控芯片,设计了一种基于矢量控制的永磁同步电机控制器,深入分析了控制器中对电机运行精度影响较大的几个硬件电路,并进行了优化.在CCS编程环境下进行了控制器软件部分的模块化设计,采用电压空间矢量脉宽调制技术进行了系统硬件和软件的联合调试,实验结果验证了所设计控制器的可行性.

Abstract:In order to improve the operating precision of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a kind of controller was designed based on digital signal processor(DSP).Some hardware circuits of the controller were analyzed and optimized which had great influence on motor operating precision.The software design was completed under CCS environment with module programming.The joint debugging of the system hardware and software was made by using space voltage vector PWM(SVPWM)technology.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed controller.
