| Abstract: | During the construction of the diversion tunnel for Longtan Hydropower Station, relevant construction and management techniques are applied; by which the schedule, quality, safety and cost of the construction concerned are all under the controlled condition, and therefore, the realization of the construction target is guaranteed. |
