Analysis on the Mental Factors Affecting the Pool College Students' Personality Development and Studies on the Corresponding Countermeasures

With the development of society and civilization,cultivating the talents who have the sound mind has becoming more and more one of the important responsibilities and central tasks in the academic circles.Among the crowd of college students,the poor ones have caused wide public concern,whose mental problems in the personality development have become more and more serious and even an important hot topic being studied by the college educators.This thesis,by means of analyzing the mental factors affecting the pool college students' personality development in the sense of personality psychology,studies some correspongding countermeasures at the basis of the current situation in the colleges.
