Near dry grinding is a way of green manufacturing,and it's a key to make the useful grinding fluid into the grinding area.The problem was analysed in theory and experiment,and the fluid speed from a nozzle to pierce into the air flow layer around the high speed grinding wheel is calculated,the grinding fluid's direction to avoid reversed air flow is analyzed and selected,and the flow rate is assumed,these will be as a base for deeper research.
