| 摘 要： | 大庆油田原油稳定装置多台原油换热器结垢现象严重，换热效率下降，物理清洗法工作难度较大。在研制了一种新型油垢清洗剂的基础上，将其应用于原油换热器的化学清洗中，清洗后换热器总传热系数提高了40．8％．证明了油垢清洗剂的高效性。

| Abstract: | Scaling happened in many crude oil heat exchangers of crude stabilizer in Daqing Oilfield seriously, heat exchange efficiency was reduced, physical cleaning worked with great difficulty. On the basis of development, a new detergent for grease stain was applied to the chemical cleaning of crude oil heat exchanger, heat transfer coefficient was improved 40.8% more than that before, proving that the grease stain cleaning agent had high effectiveness. |
