| 摘 要： | 参考工作流管理联盟定义的工作流模型，应用数据库技术与XML技术相结合构造出人员培训管理流程的办公自动化，介绍构造的设计思想和实现方法。其工作流引擎的主要功能有：解释过程定义，控制过程实例，按照过程定义已确定的业务逻辑调用各项活动，为用户工作表添加工作项，维护工作流控制数据和工作流相关数据，调用应用程序，提供监督，管理和审计等。

| Abstract: | Refer the workflow model defined by WFMC,combine technologies of database and XML to construct automatic staff training management system.The main functions of its workflow engine include interpreting the process definition,controlling the instantiation of processes,sequencing of activities according to business logic identified by process definition,adding work items to the user work,listing and providing supervision,management and audit,etc. |
