摘    要:LQC-KD320导热油要求好的热稳定性、氧化安定性、传热性能和低温流动性等,目前国内比较有代表性的标准为SH/T0677—99和DB31/T229—1999。通过对基础油及添加剂复配的研究,确定LQC-KD320导热油配方组成,经实验室各项模拟评定和工业使用结果表明:该油品具有较低的生焦倾向性,良好的热氧化安定性及热稳定性,产品质量达到国内领先水平。

Abstract:The LQC-KD320 heat tranfer oil demands on thermal stability,oxidation stability,heat transfer capability and low-temperature fluidity,and so on.At present,the representative standards are SH/T 0677-99 and DB 31/T 229-1999 in China.The formula of heat transfer oil is determined by studying the compatibility of the base oils and the additives.Results of simulation evaluation and industrial application show that this oil has lower tendency of coking,good thermal oxidation stability and thermal stability.The quality of the oil has caught up with the advanced level in China.
