通过对多家飞机制造企业信息化建设工作的总结,列举了ERP和PDM应用中主要存在的问题,随后结合现代飞机生产管理发展趋势,以BOM的建立和管理为主线,以实现生产、工艺及质量管理之间数据协调与资源共享为目标,通过对业务流程、制造数据管理、数据集成和数据采集技术的分析和研究,指出构建以BOM为统一数据源的信息集成平台,能够为实现数字化协同制造提供快捷有效的方法。

Application of Intergration for ERP and PDM in Aircraft Manufacture

Based on summary of information projects in some aircraft manufactures,it analyzes main items at information platform construction process,presents the tendency of production maganement in aircraft factory.It takes BOM as the key technology,coordination and sharing of data on production,process and quality management as object,builds the unite data resource platform based on PDM.This is an effective digital coordination manufacture method.
