铜精矿焙烧浸出的探索试验

摘    要:介绍了来宾华锡冶炼有限公司铜精矿焙烧浸出的探索试验,重点介绍焙烧脱硫砷和浸出除铁工艺.采用铜精矿焙烧法脱硫砷,铜精矿经低温和高温两段焙烧,铜焙砂中的残硫在1.09%~0.45%之间,含砷在1.08%~0.73%之间.脱硫率达到90%~95.65%,脱砷率在54.43%~69.19%之间.而升高温度对铜浸出有利;浸出终酸越高对铜的浸出越有利.通过试验,提高了铜浸出率、减少铁砷浸出的可行性,为下一步硫渣提铜工序技术改造提供技术支持.

Abstract:This paper studies the roasting and leaching of copper concentrate by focusing on roasting desulfurization and arsenic removal along with removing iron from leaching solution.The amount of sulfur residue in calcined copper ranges from 1.09 % to 0.45 % and As ranges from 1.08 % to 0.73 % after two stages of roasting at low and high temperatures.Higher roasting temperature and greater leaching terminal acidity are favorable for copper leaching.High copper leaching rate can't co-exist with high iron leaching f...
