基于等效结合部的立铣刀具模态分析

摘    要:模态分析对于刀具、机床的整体分析非常重要,而结合部又在其中扮演关键角色。就结合部的处理采用等效材料模型的方法来分析整个立铣刀具的模态,创新应用ANSYS的优化模块反求等效材料特性参数。通过对含单层结合部的参数识别进而分析整体含多层结合部的模态,并利用各阶固有频率来验证方法的有效性。
