| 摘 要： | 在采办技术风险基本特征分析的基础上进行风险识别,构建了一种技术风险的灰色层次评价方法,并提出基于灰色层次分析的采办技术风险防范和控制对策,从而将风险控制在合理范围内,提高了采办投资效益,确保目标任务的顺利完成。研究丰富了装备采办项目风险控制理论,并对同类项目的顺利实施可起到积极的指导和借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Based on basic feature analysis of acquisition technology,it establishes a grey analytic model for project risk management and aims at specific realistic problems propping up during the project process.The model provides a framework for the project manager to control risks in rational range,increase investment returns and achieve project's goal.This research enriches the theory of risk management and control,provides a useful guidance for project managers. |
