三维编织复合材料几何建模及有效弹性模量预报

摘    要:重点介绍了三维四向编织复合材料的有效弹性模量预报方法,将三维四项编织复合材料的单胞划分为一些矩形的体单元,然后利用高斯积分点处的材料参数计算单元的刚度矩阵,最后由单元的刚度矩阵形成单胞的整体刚度矩阵,进而对三维四项编织复合材料的有效弹性模量进行预报。

Abstract:In the article,focusing on the prediction method of the three-dimensional four braided composite effective modulus,firstly the three-dimensional four braided composite single cell is divided into some rectangular body unit,then using the material parameter in the Gauss integral point to calculat the stifines matrix of the unit,finally,the whole cell stiffness matrix is formed by the element stiffness matrix,and then the effective modulus of the 3D four braided composite could be predicted.
