摘    要:应用ADAMS软件对PRS-XY型混联机床机构进行运动学仿真分析,使用测量工具求得混联机构逆解,然后通过样条曲线和样条函数求得正解。借助于仿真软件快速准确地求出运动学正逆解,为实际的样机调试提供了有意义的借鉴。

Abstract:Based on ADAMS,it simulates and analyzes the kinematics performance of the PRS-XY hybrid mechanism of the machine tool.It solves the kinematics functions of the PRS-XY mechanism with measuring tools and spline function,and proves that this solution model and the inverse solution model of kinematics of the hybrid mechanism are effective and rapid.
