火电厂锅炉给水泵机组节能改造中汽蚀问题的探讨

摘    要:对锅炉给水泵泵组进行变频调节能起到节能减排的效果。但随着电机变频,与锅炉给水泵共用电机、且同轴驱动的前置泵也须在变频的情况下低速工作,相应的泵出口压力降低。此时,前置泵是否能满足锅炉给水泵不发生汽蚀的要求,本文从锅炉给水泵的3个负荷工况情形对此予以分析讨论。

Abstract:Frequency conversion for boiler feed water pump unit can gain power saving and emission reduce. However,with frequency change of motor,the booster pump which shares motor with boiler feed water pump and is driven by the same shaft,shall operate in frequency change and low speed. Discharge pressure of pump will decrease accordingly. At this time,with operation of booster pump,we wonder if no cavitation will happen to the feed water pump. Boiler feed water pump at three loads will be analyzed and discussed.
