摘    要:应用ansys软件对通径DN300、工作压力PN3.5MPa的三偏心金属蝶阀反向承压密封面接触问题进行了非线性有限元分析,得到反向承压密封时有无预压紧了的条件下蝶阀的应力应变图,通过有限元计算结果分析得到了三偏心金属蝶阀必须通过对阀轴理论装配位置偏移给蝶板预加合适的压紧力,才能够实现反向承压密封。研究对"双向零泄漏"三偏心蝶阀的结构设计有指导意义。

Abstract:The sealing contact analysis of tri-eccentric butterfly valve was carried out by nonlinearity finite element method using the software ANSYS under the condition of diameter DN300 with a back flow pressure PN3. 5MPa in this paper. The stress and strain diagrams of butterfly valve on the condition of the back flow pressure were obtained from the result both with and without preloading. Through the analysis of finite element calculation results,the appropriate preloading of the valve plate enough to withstand the back flow pressure and ensure the sealing of valve was obtained,by the excursion of the theoretical assembly position of the tri-eccentric butterfly valve shaft. All these studies are useful to the design on bi-directional drop-tight tri-eccentric butterfly valve.
