摘    要:建立高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法分离测定湿巾中三种荧光增白剂FWA 220、FWA 113和FWA71等物质的方法。采用Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-5 mol/L醋酸铵溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为350 nm。实验结果表明,三种荧光增白剂在0.01~400.00 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(相关系数均大于0.999 5),检出限和定量限分别在0.01~0.10 mg/L和0.5~5.0 mg/kg范围内。添加水平在10~800 mg/kg时,回收率范围为91.4%~102.2%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~5.1%。该方法精密度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠,为荧光增白剂FWA220、FWA 113和FWA 71的质量评价提供了有效方法。

Abstract:A new method was established to determine three fluorescent whitening agents ( FWA 220, FWA 113 and FWA 71) in wet wipes by liquid chromatography (DAD).The fluorescent whitening agents were analyzed by Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm), with the acetonitrile-5 mol/L ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode.Meanwhile, the detection wavelength was 350 nm.Experimental results show there is a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01~400 mg/L for three fluorescent whitening agents (correlation coefficient greater than 0.999 5), the limits of detection ranges from 0.01 mg/L to 0.10 mg/L, and the method limits of quantification ranges from 0.5 mg/kg to 5.0 mg/kg.The recoveries are in the range between 91.4%and 102.2%, and the relative standard deviations (n=6) range from 1.6% to 5.1%.The results show that this method is precise and reliable, with good reproducibility for the determination of FWA 220, FWA 113 and FWA 71 .
