| 摘 要： | 青钢EM12K焊接用钢盘条采用氧气顶吹转炉冶炼LF精炼、小方坯连铸和高速线材生产线生产,通过控制化学成分、精炼、全程保护浇注和控轧、控冷等工艺措施,使盘条的化学成分均匀、强度适中、塑性高,质量稳定可靠,充分满足用户对焊丝拉拔性能和焊接性能的要求.

| Abstract: | The steel wire for welding EM12K was produced by the process route of converter-LF refining-small billet continuous casting-high speed wire rod mill in Qingdao Steel. Through controlling chemical composition, refining, total process protection casting, controlled roiling and controlled cooling and so on, the steel wire with homogeneous chemical composition, appropriate intensity and high plasticity was developed, met the needs of users for the drawing property of welding wire and welding performance and its quality was stable and rehable. |
