摘    要:针对水口山三厂粗铅火法初步精炼过程中因工艺缺陷导致阳极板含铜时有超标的现状,特提出采用加硫铁矿代替加硫磺进行除铜的新工艺,并通过小试和工业试验,对硫铁矿加入量、搅拌时间、铅液温度等进行了探索,掌握了最佳工艺技术条件和参数。

Abstract:There is a problem that the lead anode containing copper exceeds the standard, which was caused by defec- tive workmanship in the process of pyro-refinning in the third factory of SKS Nonferrous Metals Group Co. , Ltd. Aimed at the proplem, it presented a new copper removal process with pyrite replacing sulphur. The impact of py- rite use lever, agitation time and heating temperature are studied ,and the optimal process conditions are determined.
