摘    要:东北某大型铜矿山早期的选铜尾矿中含Cu0.1%±、含WO30.13%±,其中铜主要以硫化铜为主,钨主要以白钨矿为主。按目前的市场价格预算,具有进一步回收的价值。根据矿石性质,进行了一系列的条件试验研究,最终确定采用优先浮选回收硫化矿再浮选回收钨矿物的原则流程对尾矿中的铜和钨分别进行浮选回收,闭路试验获得的铜精矿中含Cu15.12%,Cu回收率为61.94%;钨精矿中含WO3 41.92%,WO3回收率为68.88%。为矿山的投资决策提供了科学的参考依据。

Abstract:A large copper mines early copper tailings in Dong-bei contains Cu 0. 1% ± ,WO30. 13% ± ,in which copper is mainly as copper sulfide, tungsten as scheelite. After a preliminary budget,it has the value of further recov- ery. According to the ore properties, a series of tests were studied, and finally the principles of the process and the flo- tation recovery of tungsten minerals by flotation recovery of sulfide ores of copper and tungsten tailings of flotation re- covery of copper concentrate were obtained. The closed-circuit test with Cu was 15.12% ,the recovery rate of Cu was 61.94% ;WOa in the tungsten concentrate was 41.92% ,the rate of recovery was 68.88%. It could provide scientific basis for mining investment decision.
