湖北某难选金银矿选矿工艺流程试验研究

摘    要:针对湖北某难选金银矿氧化率高,金、银嵌布粒度细微的性质特征,试验研究通过浮选、重选、浸出工艺等对比试验,最终确定采用全泥氰化的工艺流程回收矿石中的金、银,获得的选矿指标为:金、银的浸出率分别为68.32%、64.13%。该工艺的研究为合理开发此类金银矿提供了技术方向,同时提出了高氧化率金银矿的有效回收途径。

Abstract:In view of the properties of the high oxidation of a certain refractory gold-silver ore and the fine dissemina- ted grain size of gold and silver in Hubei, it ultimately determined to adopt the process of all-sliming cyanidation to recover gold and silver in ore by the contrast tests of flotation, gravity separation and leaching. The beneficiation indi- cator was obtained:the leaching rates of gold and silver were 68.32% and 64. 13% respectively. This process provid- ed the technical direction for the reasonable development of this type of gold-silver ore, at the same time, put forward the effective recovery approach of high oxidation-type gold-silver ore.
