废旧电路板热解特性的研究

摘    要:热解是回收处理废旧电路板中金属及树脂成分的重要方法。文中采用热重差热联用分析仪和裂解气相色谱质谱联用仪检测了以酚醛树脂为基板的废旧电路板热解特性;分析了不同速率下的动力学参数,及其热解产物的化学成分。实验研究结果表明:废旧电路板热解过程主要有2个快速质量损失阶段(270—350℃,350—480℃),其平均活化能分别约为67,97 kJ/mol。其裂解产物主要是苯酚、对甲苯酚、邻异丙烯基苯酚、邻甲苯酚、对异丙基苯酚、糠醛等。

Abstract:The pyrolysis method was an essential method for recycling the metals and resin compounds blended into waste printed circuit boards(WPCBs).The pyrolysis characteristics of phenolic-resin-based WPCBs and pyrolysis kinetic parameters at different heating rates were analyzed by thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry(Py-GC/MS).In addition,the compositions of products were also analyzed.The result indicates that the decomposition of WPCBs tak...
