摘    要:某后张预应力混凝土平板-柱结构工程,在浇筑一层顶板混凝土的过程中,负一层顶板部分区域陆续出现不同程度的塌陷,在板柱节点处板相对于柱下沉最大达100mm,板格中心相对于柱下沉最大达220mm.分析了引起预应力混凝土平板塌陷的原因,提出了将板复位的方法及过程,给出了加固补强方案,可供处理同类工程事故时参考.

Abstract:Post-prestressed concrete flat slab-column system was applied in a one-story mart. While concrete is placed on the first floor, partlial slab on the top of the underground first story has subsided in succession to different extents. In comparison with the column, the maximum subsidence of slab neighboring slab-column connection is 100 mm, and the maximum subsidence in the center of the panel is 220 mm. The cause for subsidence of prestressed concrete slab is analyzed, and the method for reposition of the slab is presented. Furthermore, the procedure of reposition is introduced, and a reinforcing scheme is proposed. It can be used as a reference to deal with the same construction accident.
