软煤层开拓巷道二次支护技术的研究

摘    要:软煤巷道围岩强度低,稳定性差。掘巷中为防突,需布置排放钻孔和注水等工艺措施,加大了围岩变形破坏程度。针对软煤巷道变形破坏力学机制,建立了力学模型,提出二次支护锚注耦合技术。实施后,矿压观测表明:巷道变形得到控制,技术经济效益明显。

Applied Study of Secondary Support Technique for Development Roadway in Soft Coal Seam
Abstract:The surrounding rock of roadways in soft coal seam has low strength and bad stability. The arrangement of gas draiange holes and the application of water infusion technology in the roadway speeded up the deformation and fracture of surrounding rock. The author, aiming at the mechanical mechanism of the deformation and fracture of roadways in soft coal seam, set up a mechanical model and pointed out the coupling technique of secondary support by bolting and shotcrete lining. The strata control observation shows that the roadway deformation is under control after the application of this technique and marked technical and economic benefit has been obtained.
