| 摘 要： | 在铸铁螺旋斜轧轧辊设计中,本文采用啮合原理进行复杂孔型容积计算。提出了包括轧辊倾角、喇叭口倾角与轧辊直径在内的多余金属系数的新算法,为轧辊设计与调整提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper,made use of the theory of engagement for calculating the volume of the complicated groove, the new algorithm of the excess mental coefficient in the groove is present, which concludes algorithm of the excess mental coefficient the angle of the inclination of the rollers and the belled mouth as well as the diameter of the rollers. It offers the theoretical foundation for the design and adjustment of the rollers. |
