铝预鞣白湿皮技术研究

摘    要:在铝预鞣白湿皮制革技术中,较使用硫酸铝、专用铝预鞣更有利于白湿皮技术的实施,成革质量也更优。该白湿皮技术较片蓝皮工艺可少用铬盐约50%,废鞣液铬含量显著减少(约Cr2O30.15g/l),通过强化复鞣、加脂等,可生产出优良的绒面服装革、沙发家具革,以及独具特色的正面服装革。较片蓝湿皮工艺可增大得革率5%~8%,经济效益和社会效益明显

Abstract:The technology of making wet white leather tanned with special alum tanning agent was easier to be practised and the qulity of the finished leather was better than tanned with common alum sulfate. This technology of making wet white leather could reduced about 50 percent chrome offer, and Cr2O3 content of the wasting tanning float decreased greatly about 0.15g/l Cr2O3. The excellent suede garment leather, funiture leather. nappa garment leather from pig skin could be produced throngh suitable retanning and fatliqnoring, basing on the wet white leather. The area yield could inrease 58 percent comparing the split wet bule leather. The economical and social benefits of the technology of wet white leather bsing in the special alum tanning agent are considerable.
