硅胶固载磷钼杂多酸催化合成醋酸异戊酯

摘    要:以变色硅胶为载体 ,用蒸发法对磷钼杂多酸进行了固载。利用所制备的变色硅胶固载型杂多酸催化剂(变色硅胶与磷钼杂多酸的质量比为 10∶1) ,对醋酸异戊酯的合成反应进行了研究 ,结果表明 :用 13 .3mL异戊醇和 10mL冰醋酸进行反应 (醇酸摩尔比为 1∶1.4) ,加入 0 .9g该固载型催化剂和 5mL环己烷作带水剂 ,,用分水装置在回流条件下反应 60min ,酯产率可达 81.2 %。催化剂重复使用 4次后 ,产率下降到 61.3 %。

Abstract:The phosphomolybdic heteroployacid was supported on silica gel through vaporization. The reaction conditions for synthesis of isoamyl acetate upon this catalyst were investigated, and the optimal reaction conditions were found as follows: isoamyl alcohol/acetic acid = 13.3 mL∶10 mL(mol ratio 1∶1.4), 0.9 g supported catalyst, 5 mL cyclohexane as water carrying agent and refluxing 60 min. The yield of l amyl acetata was 81.2%. While the catalyst were reused for 4 times, the yield was down to 61.3%.
