| Abstract: | The dual-wavelength TLCS was used for the determination of the content of the astragaloside A in Fuzhengkangai Pill. The mean recovery of 96.9 % was achieved with RSD of 1.72 %. The result of assy with the method developed was proved to be well reappeared, accurate and reliable. |
