不锈钢化学镀Ni-P/Ni-W-P合金镀层的研究

摘    要:讨论了316L不锈钢上化学镀Ni-P/Ni-W-P合金镀层的工艺,重点是直接影响镀层与基体间结合力的关键过程--不锈钢基体的前处理工艺.试验发现,在前处理工艺中侵蚀活化液和预镀镍液的配方是最重要的.对2种镀层成分和结构的分析、结合力及硬度的测试表明,用本方法前处理工艺对316L不锈钢基体处理后进行化学镀能获得性能可靠的Ni-P/Ni-W-P合金镀层.

Abstract:The technology for the electroless Ni P and Ni W P plating of 316L stainless steel was investigated, and the pretreatment technique of the stainless steel substrate was analyzed with a view to its decisive effect on the bonding between the plating and the substrate. The composition, structure, bonding strength to the substrate, and hardness of the electroless Ni P and Ni W P plating were also examined. It was found that the formulations of the corroded activating solution and pre-plating Ni solution were the most important in the pretreatment technique. The electroless Ni P plating and Ni W P plating prepared on the 316 stainless steel pretreated by the developed pre-treatment technique had excellent mechanical performance.
