摘    要:循环流化床锅炉中金属部件及耐火非金属材料的磨损是造成其运行事故的主要原因之一。对颗粒粒径、物料硬度进行了分析,并通过对循环流化床锅炉受热面磨损机理、特点分别进行理论分析,针对450t/hCFB循环流化床不同部位进行了磨损分析,总结了其磨损分布特点,提出了相应的防磨措施。

Abstract:In the circulation fluid bed boiler, the metal part and the refractory material attrition create one of its movement accident primary causes. The relation between wearing of surface and the particle diameter, the material hardness, the circulation fluid bed boiler heating surface attrition mechanism and the characteristics are discussed and analyzed theoretically in view of the different attrition position and the material which wears, the circulation fluid bed boiler main attrition part attrition is summarized and related measures are put forward.
