直流燃烧器一次风通道气固两相流实验研究

摘    要:在工作中,运用三维粒子动态分析仪(3D-PDA),对某燃煤锅炉新型直流燃烧器一次风通道内气体-颗粒两相流动进行了实验测量,得到了一次风通道内气固两相速度分布、湍动能分布,以及颗粒直径和颗粒浓度分布.通过对实验结果的分析和讨论,揭示了该燃烧器内气固两相流动的机理及燃烧器结构对两相流场的影响,为燃烧器结构的优化设计提供了一定的参考依据.

Abstract:In this paper,by means of 3D Particle Dynamic Analyzer(3D-PDA),the gas-particle two-phase flow in the primary air channel of some new-type direct-flow pulverized coal burner of a utility boiler was experimentally measured.The distributions of velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of gas-particle two phases,as well as the particle diameters and concentrations were obtained.Through the analysis and discussion of the experimental results,the mechanism of the gas-solid two-phase flow in the burner and the influ...
