| 摘 要： | 尾矿库坝体的稳定性及排水构筑物的坚固性等因素直接影响尾矿库的安全。因此在尾矿库闭库过程中应严格按照尾矿库安全生产的法律、法规及技术规程,对坝体的稳定性、尾矿库的防洪能力进行安全评价,综合各方面注意事项,采取合理的处理措施,确保尾矿库的永久安全。

| Abstract: | Factors such as stability of tailings dam and solidity of drainage structures have direct effects on tailings pond safety. Therefore, laws, codes and technical regulations for safe operation of tailings pond shall be strictly followed in the process of pond closing, safety evaluation shall be carried out on dam stability and flood control capability, various precautions shall be notices and reasonable treatment measures shall be used so that permanent safety of the pond can be ensured. |
