预分解窑系统的数值模拟

摘    要:对预分解窑系统,包括5级旋风预热器和分解炉的“气-固”两相流进行了数值模拟,气相采用基于各向异性的RSM湍流模型,颗粒相采用拉格朗日坐标系下的随机轨道模型.通过对结果的分析计算,得到了各级预热器单体的分离效率和颗粒在系统内的停留时间;并将计算结果与实际设计参数进行比较,表明该模拟研究能够对预分解系统实际情况进行模拟,可用来分析出旋风预热器和分解炉的性能和优缺点,针对缺点进行分析和优化.

Abstract:The gas-solid two-phase flow of the cyclone preheater and the decomposing furnace system are simulated in this paper.The Reynolds Stress Model turbulence model is adopted to describe the gas phase and the particle stochastic trajectory model in Lagrange coordinate system is used to describe the solid phase.The result,compared with the design parameter,shows that the study can simulate the real status of the system and can be used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the decomposing furnace for further analysis and optimization.
